ABOUT
Ninurta is the son of the Regis, Nex, who is the sole king and ruler of high fantasy world known as Chaos. As prince, Ninurta is typically cool-headed, excellent in combat, and has talent beyond his years in magic (specializing in ice). Typically, he is gentlemanly and kind, level-headed and good, and has a strong sense justice. He's sympathetic to a fault, and grows attached easily; he has a bad habit of wanting to help everyone he meets. Still, he has a melancholy air about him, and can be standoffish and awkward. He's a grounded, straightforward individual, and he's easily flustered by sudden change in situation or outlandish antics. When his composure is lost, he has difficulty smoothly regaining it. Under stress, he is stern, short-tempered, and impatient. Whatever he feels, it shows on his face. Though aligned with ice, he's exceptionally emotional.
Despite his amicable demeanor, his heart is closed. Deprived of warmth for much of his life, Ninurta melts quickly when offered love. He would do anything for the happiness of those he cares for, but is merciless toward those he dislikes or who stand in his way. He is easily won over with affection, and will devote himself to those who have cared for him, even if they have otherwise treated him poorly or may be reprehensible people. For these people, Ninurta is willing to be reckless and self-sacrificial. He's eager to please those he cares for—unfortunately desperate for love and to be of use—and is very bad at seeming composed when he seeks to please.
Rumors have circulated since his birth that he is not truly his father's son, unlike his younger sister, Mithra, for Ninurta does not at all resemble Nex in looks or ability. His father, a severe and brutal man, appeared cold toward him, and appeared to favor Mithra. Ninurta's mother, the unloved queen, fixed Ninurta on a path that would soon become an obsession: to gain his father's affection. In the 18 years since Ninurta's birth, he has felt not once successful, and the kingdom's scrutiny has only intensified, questioning whether he is Nex's true successor. In his mind, his worth is tied to how much use he can be to his family. He came to believe that he would be disposed of should he stumble—a suspicion that, at one point, proved correct.
IMPRESSIONS
AGE 18
APPEARANCE Full appearance; hair down. Ninurta stands at 172 cm (5'8"). Ninurta appears humanoid, with slightly pointed ears and two draconic horns on either side of his head (they usually appear as they do in the first image). His braid falls over his shoulder.
DEMEANOR Calm and detached, Ninurta has a cool, regal air about him. Though friendly and polite, he seems a little closed-off. While he can smile off surface-level irritants, he has a terrible poker face, and things that really get under his skin tend to show in his demeanor. The air around him is sometimes physically cooler, especially if he's upset.
VOICE Firm and controlled, but colors easily with emotion.
SCENT Clean and trim, with that crisp scent that ice or snow might have.
MAGICAL/MENTAL INFORMATION Mentally, he has no defenses and likely cannot tell anyone is poking around there. Ninurta has unnaturally immense magic power within him, which allows him to cast complex and powerful ice-aligned magic despite his age.
I typically play Ninurta from post canon with restored senses, so Ninurta reads as an undead! His draconic horns are still there, per his icons, but cosmetic (preferable to editing them out of his icons, or marking a reminder in every thread). The horns are authentic dragon horns, implanted into him. As an undead, Ninurta can regenerate endlessly, though he will eventually need a donation of blood thick with magic to continue regenerating safely and casting magic. By implication, he may need blood to continue operating, in general.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION Go for it! Anything past polite, friendly touches will likely fluster him if you're being genuine, or frustrate him if you're teasing him.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE Feel free. Ninurta is a skilled combatant (he's trained trained in magical and military arts, has reached knighthood, and is considered quite skilled for his age), but rarely one to initiate combat (unless you intentionally dig into his insecurities). While he's not afraid to hurt anyone in self-defense, he will refrain from killing unless it's absolutely avoidable. Magically, Ninurta is a melee-magic combatant with respectable physical capabilities. He can attack from mid- to close-range. He often utilizes a variety of utility magic, icicles, weapons made out of ice, and fresh sleet in the atmosphere, and he's skilled with hand-to-hand. He can also bind enemies and has access to a vague teleport ability. Lastly, his horns, implanted in him from a clan that calls upon the power of dragons in their blood, allow him access to varying levels of draconic transformations/powers.
INJURIES / DEATH Feel free. Shoot me a DM if you want to hash anything out. He likely won't go down without a fight, but I'm fine wiggling circumstances out of his favor if you have ideas. He can regenerate automatically and endlessly (until he runs out of magic; then he's out of luck).
RELATIONSHIPS I'm open to all kinds of romantic relationships, healthy or unhealthy, and I'm open to assumed CR in memes.

These content warnings are:
➤ Incestuous implications. Ninurta is of a royal family, and, in a very Game of Thrones style, he and his family are tied up... in drama... For perhaps obvious reasons, Ninurta would not bring these things up easily, even if you were to opt in. He considers it taboo, as most would.
➤ Suicide. Ninurta attempted to commit suicide prior to his canon point. He figured it'd be permanent. His death did not stick, however; he returned to life: his undead nature, previously suppressed, manifested itself for the first time. For likewise obvious reasons, Ninurta would also not bring this up easily, even if you were to opt into it.
